Available Modules in Tuppas ERP Software

Scheduling/Advanced Planning
Our scheduling applications can be developed as a manual system or include advanced planning (APS) features, also known as artificial intelligence (AI). The APS will automatically create a schedule which will fit into your environment. This schedule is defined by the constraints which have been set by your organization and will allow your employees to visualize the schedule in multiple formats.

Each scheduling solution includes a planning board which will be configured for your needs. The planning boards include with many options such as adding in drag and drop capabilities, capacity planning, and filters which may sort your schedule by day, work center or location. In addition planning boards my become color coded to alert employees to jobs which are behind schedule or potentially late.

We can develop a solution which will schedule employees, work centers, jobs, shipments or any other items relevant to your processes. Tuppas offers a multitude of configured planning boards and scheduling options.

Inventory
Tuppas inventory software is a browser based application generally used for warehouse, finished goods, WIP, raw materials or any other transaction based inventory control requirement you may have. With our location based inventory staff members may utilize a multitude of standard and RF scanning devices. These devices will enter the data automatically; ensuring records are continuously up to date.

Each inventory system offers real-time RF interfaces which can connect to any ODBC database such as SQL Server, Oracle, and beyond. Access to reports and product information, transaction details and inventory levels are readily available through PDA’s, smart phones and other hand held devices.

Staff members may also track the proper storing locations of products throughout a warehouse through our directed picking and directed put away options. The inventory solution is a great addition to any ERP module.

Financials
Our financials application can include many customized functionality items such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. These functions will be created to fit the complexity of your situation and can change as your business needs develop.

Not only will our financials system help you to stay up to date and on top of all accounting matters, as part of an ERP solution it may be connected to other applications such as purchasing and inventory. This allows all departments within your enterprise to maintain up to date records and reports.

OEE (Downtime, Scrap, Production Reporting)
Overall Equipment Effectiveness software is a great tool for helping manufactures measure their productivity and is a superior tool for any ERP application.

This application takes into account various factors of downtime such as equipment failures, change over and material shortages. In addition performance rates such as loss of speed from machine wear, poor materials or operator error are measured to increase overall system performance. Quality is also a large factor accounted for within our OEE application. Quality may be measured by products which were below standard or may need reworked.

Training
Our training applications can be utilized for tracking of new staff members required training, re-occurring training or individual training required by staff members. This computer based solution will be designed as an easy to use manor for tracking any activity.

The training software offers a great visual scheduling tool which allows employees to view required training in addition to sign up for any available sessions. With this system employees can be automatically emailed when required training must be completed in addition to emailing superiors if an employee’s training is missing or inadequate.

In addition to the scheduling and logging of training courses we can build mission specific training screens and tests. These tests may be comprised of multiple choice, short answer and essay. Our application will be customized for your specific training needs which may include training of safety, jobs, ISO and OSHA.
