• Teams are assigned. Management decides which ideas to pursue, assigns values to the ideas and assigns team members and team leaders to the projects.
• Projects are monitored. Project status is upgraded as goals are achieved.
• Ranking is achieved. Employees receive visibility and ranking based upon their performance. Ranking is a factor of the number of projects an employee is active in as well as the value of the projects.
