Process Settings Logging Software

The Tuppas process settings module provides an interface where equipment settings can be stored relative to job, product, work center, customer, date and even employee if desired. The system can help you provide a consistant approach to running your products. It can be used as a device to store standard equipment recipes for products and/or it can be used as a device to log variant settings.

The system contains simple manual entry screens which can be easily modified to provide interfaces that will make sense to your users. In addition we can attach the system to industrial controls to automatically collect settings like flows, line speeds, oven temperatures and more.

Because the system is capable of storing settings by job, date and employee if desired, the system can also provide a collective "black book" of settings used by your production personnel. With this in mind, consider what could happen if you connect this data to your production efficiency and quality results giving your supervisors the ability to filter out the best past production runs with their corresponding machine settings.
