The system contains a location based inventory system with transaction screens that can be used through PCs or hand-helds. Our receiving, usage screens and reports can be configured to do just about any type of directed picking or put-away you can imagine. The screens and reports are easy to understand and they can be easily modified to meet the needs of your users.

In addition to inventory capability the system is very useful in tracking materials usage. It can track materials usage by work center, product, job and lot. The data can be used to record actual materials usage for costing and efficiency calculation. It can also be used for quality tracking and genealogy.

The system can be used via our transaction screens and it can also be integrated with shop floor controls like flow meters, batch systems, scales and many other shop floor control devices.
