About SCADA Software

SCADA, or Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition, may also be called Human Machine Interface (HMI). It is a process control application that collects data from sensors and machines on the shop floor or in remote locations and sends them to a central computer for management and control. The SCADA industry was essentially born out of a need for a user-friendly front-end to a control system containing PLCs (programmable logic controllers). SCADA networks enable remote monitoring and control of an amazing variety of industrial devices.

Tuppas SCADA Software Features

Our SCADA Software collects data and provides custom shop floor control by lot, job, schedule, product, or work center. Accurate production data can be used by costing applications with real or standardized allocations. Tuppas SCADA software provides real-time production performance feedback for comparison to established production rates and for production efficiency calculations. Browser based data collection and reporting supports RF handheld intelligent devices including smart phones, PDAs and bar code scanners.
