What Thin Client Is About

Thin client Continuous Improvement Software is browser based software which resides on a dedicated server. Users access the system via "thin client terminals", which really only require access to the dedicated server through the internet.

Users have full access to the Continuous Improvement Software system through the browser. This differs from traditional software installations, which require that a copy of the application be installed locally on each computer where it is to be used.

Employees may submit ideas into the team building software by using our browser based idea submission screen or they can fill out a paper form which is input for them by a member of your staff. Our continuous improvement software is entirely browser based which means that the forms, reports and views can be instantly available on any computer in your company that has a browser and is attatched to your network.
Teams are assigned. Management decides which ideas to pursue, assigns values to the ideas and assigns team members and team leaders to the projects.
Projects are monitored. Project status is upgraded as goals are achieved.
Ranking is achieved. Employees receive visibility and ranking based upon their performance. Ranking is a factor of the number of projects an employee is active in as well as the value of the projects.
Incentives are awarded. In addition to the visibility that high ranking employees receive, prizes and bonuses.
