Employees may submit ideas into the team building software by using our browser based idea submission screen or they can fill out a paper form which is input for them by a member of your staff. All of our software is entirely browser based which means that the forms, reports and views can be instantly available on any computer in your company that has a browser and is attached to your network.
Teams are assigned. Management decides which ideas to pursue, assigns values to the ideas and assigns team members and team leaders to the projects.
Projects are monitored. Project status is upgraded as goals are achieved.
Ranking is achieved. Employees receive visibility and ranking based upon their performance. Ranking is a factor of the number of projects an employee is active in as well as the value of the projects.
Incentives are awarded. In addition to the visibility that high ranking employees receive, prizes and bonuses.
