Our pricing for Bar Code Scanning System allows our clients to purchase a browser based system on a modular basis. This gives you the option of installing only the elements of an ERP or MES system that you want, with the ability to add on more functionality to the system in the future. This gives our clients the freedom to implement and integrate a lean solution at their speed at a much lower cost than a full enterprise implementation.

The Tuppas bar code scanning system brings efficiency, accuracy and visibility to all your manufacturing processes. We offer real-time RF interfaces that can be connected to any ODBC database including SQL Server, Oracle, etc. Our bar code system can be accessed through Microsoft browser interfaces, bringing data to people who need it throughout your enterprise. The systems easily capture production and QA data from serial barcode scanners, RFID scanners and keyboard wedge scanners. The Tuppas in-line high-speed scanning systems can collect production counts, product changeovers, downtime and other efficiency data. Bring critical, real-time data onto the plant floor with Windows CE, Pocket PCs and other handheld devices. Tuppas can create mission-specific database or scanner applications, including custom alarming and data push, that make your events actionable and give you the data you need to make critical decisions.
