What Thin Client Is About

Thin client Bar Code Scanning System is browser based software which resides on a dedicated server. Users access the system via "thin client terminals", which really only require access to the dedicated server through the internet.

Users have full access to the Bar Code Scanning System system through the browser. This differs from traditional software installations, which require that a copy of the application be installed locally on each computer where it is to be used.

Benefits of Thin Client

We offer real-time RF interfaces that can be connected to any ODBC database including SQL Server, Oracle, etc. Our bar code system can be accessed through Microsoft browser interfaces, bringing data to people who need it throughout your enterprise. The systems easily capture production and QA data from serial barcode scanners, RFID scanners and keyboard wedge scanners. The Tuppas in-line high-speed scanning systems can collect production counts, product changeovers, downtime and other efficiency data. Bring critical, real-time data onto the plant floor with Windows CE, Pocket PCs and other handheld devices. Tuppas can create mission-specific database or scanner applications, including custom alarming and data push, that make your events actionable and give you the data you need to make critical decisions.
