Tuppas' maintenance management software is the perfect application for any organization to track, organize and schedule routine and unscheduled maintenance management tasks. Scheduled maintenance can be activated through printed requests or reports, or can be part of an electronic “planning board”. Using screens within the software, maintenance personnel and technicians can order required parts and supplies. Cost thresholds can be set to trigger purchase orders below a certain level, and a purchase requisition above that level. Inventories of commonly-used parts can also be managed with a software-based Parts Crib Management system. Portions of this system can track and visually display trends regarding parts usage, indicating any issues with the quality of supplied parts, or even ongoing machine problems as well.
