Data Push

Many of the systems that Tuppas configures for its’ customers include the capability to inform users and team members that projects and tasks have reached a predetermined state or that alarms have occurred.

As an example Tuppas has configured its’ scheduling and job and project tracking systems to alert team members that specific tasks are ready to be addressed and/or are falling behind schedule. The job tracking board below was configured to not only visually show team members the status of running jobs and tasks need attention but the system is configured to send emails, text messages and voice mails in the event that high priority items are on deck or are in danger of being late.

Tuppas incorporates email data-push into many of its’ modules as a form of providing reporting. We commonly push high priority reports by email to send reports and alarms that require action. This provides a huge benefit to staff members who become automatically alerted in the event that systems have reached thresholds requiring attention now.
