The manufacturing process optimization system provides real time and historical access to production, downtime and machine process efficiency reporting.

Production is tracked in detail by job and can be summarized by equipment, date range, product, product group or any other custom defined grouping level. Driven from production, scrap, downtime and material usage data, the process optimization system can also integrate established production standards comparisons so you can implement standards based reporting.

Use our data collection modules or we can connect to your existing systems. Optimize manufacturing efficiency, identify process loss areas, and gauge performance of work centers, products or employees. The Tuppas process optimization system allows users to view relationships between production rates and external data: Process Settings, Quality Info etc...
