Our scrap control system lets you relate scrap rates to predefined production standards and view relationships between scrap and external data: process settings, raw material lots and maintenance activity. Our software system provides detailed reporting with support for a wide variety of scrap codes and code grouping levels.

We can support the input and reporting of rework and b-grade data if required.
