Material Requirements Planning
Material Requirements Planning is added to many of the solutions we offer. Our MRP ssystem calculates raw materials replenishment. The system calculates replenishment requirements using your current inventory in relationship to orders, WIP, in-bound purchase orders and the production schedule. These systems can also be integrated with sales forecasts and Bills of Material. |

OEE performance reporting
OEE(overall equipment effectiveness) reporting offers a collection of production performance reports that combine production yield efficiency, uptime performance and quality defect reporting. An OEE calculation balances these efficiencies into a uniform efficiency. The value in a combined efficiency is that it keeps one effort from adversely affecting the other. As an example it could prevent your team from focusing so intently on production efficiency that quality is adversely impacted.
