Total Quality Management
Our browser based systems allow for extensive customization, so that quality applications can be tailored to fit your needs. They can also be modified easily after they are in use as the need arises. |

| This screen allows for entry of testing data performed. It is an editgrid that shows the upper and lower specs plus the upper and lower control limits and the target. If a value entered out of range, the box will turn yellow or red and an arrow will indicate if the value is too high or too low. If the value is out of the control limit, a defect ticket will automatically pop up, requiring the tester to explain the issue, or go back to correct the data. |

| The trend chart on top shows whether or not the product is falling within spec. limits for a specified period of time. The histogram gives historical data on the product. |

| This is a defect ticket, which is automatically generated when a product exceeds spec. limits. |

| This screen allows for associating various tests to a product family or category. |

| The top part of the screen shows test associated with the product family for this product. Below, users can add or override tests just for this product when needed. (There is also a screen to override by product and customer when needed.) |

| This screen allows for the association of products with customers. It also means that testing can be overriden based on customer. |

Job Tracking
Tuppas job tracking solutions allow your team to track WIP movement of jobs and raw materials. Job tracking solutions are valuable tools for management as well as customer service. In addition to real time job status these systems can be used to collect data for production performance reporting, quality management and capacity optimization. These systems also insure that work is routed correctly and efficiently, and that your team has all the documentation and specifications needed to make your customers happy. |

| This screen shows the orders in the system. Each can be drilled down to the detail for the order. |

| This is a shot of a certificate of analysis, which is available through a web portal to the user's customer. Shows the testing data for a given product. |

| This is an example of a defect entry checklist, which can be printed for manual data collection on the factory floor or in the lab. This checklist is dynamic it shows defect codes based on the products and components attached to it. |

| This a screen which allows users to define SOPs. Multiple files, including PDF files, streaming video and any other media can be attached to the SOP. |

| This is a PDF file which was attached to a SOP. Multiple SOPs can be updated with changes to the attached files. |

| This scattergram is generated from data collected manually or through PLCs and other devices. It highlights problem areas of a product and is best utilized with complex products. |

| This stacked pareto shows the quantity of defects grouped by product code, and indicates which defects occured for each product by the color codes in each pareto bar. |

Wireless Business Apps
Most of the Tuppas modules include streamlined reports, charts and business intelligence apps that can be accessed via wireless Smart-Phones, I-Phones and Net-books. These apps can help keep your team informed of timeline changes, production problems and the corrective actions required to keep the enterprise running smoothly. In addition to wireless reporting many Tuppas solutions can be implemented with Data-Push capabilities that can send pages, emails and phone messages when critical events occur.
