Tuppas SPC - Statistical Process Control Software Overview

We can implement a SPC system using our production reporting platforms or integrate with your existing software. We design our SPC software to your specifications, allowing an approach that makes sense to your employees.

Our statistical process control software accepts data from shop floor automation, PLCs, high-speed in-line counters and RFID/bar code scanners, or through manual entry, including wireless handheld devices.

To inform your key personnel in real time, our SPC software can do custom efficiency alarming and data push by e-mail, v-mail or send status updates to any device with a browser, including Pocket PCs, PDAs and Smart Phones.

Our statistical process control solution uses real time production, downtime and scrap data in relation to your defined and/or historical standards.
The SPC software analysis and reporting tools can utilize our graphical control screens, dashboard and scorecard capabilities to provide real time statistical feedback on all of your processes and even relate them to external indices like QA, maintenance activity etc.
