What Thin Client Is About

Thin client SPC Software is browser based software which resides on a dedicated server. Users access the system via "thin client terminals", which really only require access to the dedicated server through the internet.

Users have full access to the SPC Software system through the browser. This differs from traditional software installations, which require that a copy of the application be installed locally on each computer where it is to be used.

Benefits of Thin Client

There are tremendous benefits for our clients employing our thin client SPC Software solution, as well as our other thin client applications. One huge advantage is that software upgrades become infinitely easier, since only the program on the dedicated server needs to be upgraded, and not numerous client computers. Our statistical process control software accepts data from shop floor automation, PLCs, high-speed in-line counters and RFID/bar code scanners, or through manual entry, including wireless handheld devices.

To inform your key personnel in real time, our SPC software can do custom efficiency alarming and data push by e-mail, v-mail or send status updates to any device with a browser, including Pocket PCs, PDAs and Smart Phones.
