The SPC systems analysis and reporting tools can utilize our graphical control screens, dashboard and scorecard capabilities to provide real time statistical feedback on all of your processes and even relate them to external indices like QA, maintenance activity etc.

SPC system accepts data from shop floor automation, PLCs, high-speed in-line counters and RFID/bar code scanners, or through manual entry, including wireless handheld devices.

To inform your key personnel in real time, our SPC system can do custom efficiency alarming and data push by e-mail, v-mail etc., or send status updates to any device with a browser, including Pocket PCs, PDAs and Smart Phones.
