Tuppas SQC Overview

Our SQC program gives you a powerful tool to gain control of your manufacturing processes capable of incorporating test data by product, process point, defined metrics at each process point and causal/defect codes and comments.

The SQC system’s interfaces can do custom SQC alarming, control limit validation and conditional branching in the entry screens based on product, work center, testing procedures and testing conditions. Our SQC program also provides the capacity to cross reference QA data with external data sources giving you the ability to create relationships between quality, production efficiency, maintenance etc.

The SQC system has automatic EDI (Electronic Document Interface) capability for automatic customer reporting and certifications.
