The system is configured to your organization's needs. Employees can be given access to the system for training and testing. Management has the configuration tool available to them as well as reporting functionality.
Compared to traditional paper methods, the system provides a significantly more effective and easily tracked training and testing system. It also allows for detailed reporting on individuals, groups and more at the touch of a mouse. You will be able to easily incorporate power point presentations, graphics, video clips and more into the training programs with the configuration tool.
This software makes compliance reporting easy. Our ad-hoc reporting abilities allow you to create exactly the reports you need when you need them.
The system's scheduling capabilities allow for a nice visual device which allows employees to view and sign up for available training offerings.
Another great feature of this system is it's ability to automatically send emails to employees, when they are in need of training or testing, and to management when employees have not completed necessary tasks. You can even auto-email everyone who needs to take updated training or testing with the click of a button.
The Training/Testing Screen
This screen, which would be accessed by employees, would show them which training programs or testing they have completed, need to complete or are delinquent on. It displays the test or program name, which is a link to view the program or complete the test. It also shows the due date for the requirement. The completed training shows the date it was completed, the location, passing score needed and the actual score achieved.
The Employee Screen
The employee screen allows management to enter employee data for those who will be accessing the system. This is where a user level would be defined. The tabs allow for assigning classifications to employees, which will determine what training they need to complete. Supervisors can also be assigned to employees here.
The Job Classification Screen
This screen allows management to define classifications, and assign all of the program groups, or training programs, which would apply to that classification.
Program Groups
This screen is where one would define program groups. This allows for creating a collection of training programs and courses which are related.
Training Scheduling
This scheduling screen is a nice visual tool which employees can utilize when signing up for training or courses.
The Programming Screen
The programming screen is where you define the details for a program, such as it's name, description, any prerequisites, the type of program, it's priority, it's distribution, how frequently it needs to occur and passing score needed. The program groups tab allows you to assign the program to multiple groups, if desired.
The Programming Screen - Instructors
Instructors can be entered for each program. Multiple instructors can be assigned if desired.
The Programming Screen - Locations
Locations which need to utilize the training programs can be assigned here. This is useful is situations where dissimilar plants have varying training programs, yet some in common.
The Programming Screen - Updates
This tab allows management to apply an update, or change to a training program. Applying an update to a program automatically sends an email to all applicable employees notifying them that they need to complete the new training.
Reporting - Supervisor Review
This report shows all of the employees who are assigned to a particular supervisor, and their related data.
Reporting - Configurable
Our reporting tools allow you to define and view data pertaining to an employee, by date range, location and activity.
